Do you build custom software?
Not as the default offer. Operive is a productized implementation service built on existing AI tools and business systems. If a workflow clearly needs custom work later, that is a separate conversation, not the starting point.
Is this just AI training?
No. Training is part of implementation, but the offer is not generic education. The goal is to install one working process, train the team around it, and improve it over time.
How do you handle trust and safety?
